jlam 791f78ef4e * This package uses C++, so add 'c++' to USE_LANGUAGES.
* Honor PKGMANDIR.
* Use LDFLAGS.Linux instead of an explicit test for ${OPSYS} == "Linux".

This fixes the bulk build problem reported in:
