Changes since 8.2.29: -- Noteworthy changes in version 8.2.30 (2020-03-01) o) "QUOTE HELP extban" didn't work because the extban help file hasn't been installed properly during 'make install' o) Fixed broken libcrypto detection which caused the ircd not to work with openssl under certain circumstances o) Extban $n of type 'acting' has been implemented. This extban prevents matching users from changing their nick while in the channel.
