schmonz 6d2427cc41 Remove statement of questionable merit, pending outcome of internal
discussion. We don't need it yet and we may not need it at all.

Also remove pseudo-helpful commentary. Users can interpret licenses
(or lack thereof) just fine themselves.

Many software packages written by Dan Bernstein do not have licenses.
Therefore, such software (trivially) does not have a license approved
as Free or Open Source.
