    - Document CATALYST_CONFIG_LOCAL_SUFFIX and MYAPP_LOCAL_CONFIG_SUFFIX
      much better (Louis Erickson)
    - Fix so that having CATALYST_CONFIG_LOCAL_SUFFIX set in $ENV{} doesn't
      cause the tests to break.
