jmmv c1176360ae Honour PKG_SYSCONFDIR: the package was actually looking for files in ... /usr/pkg/etc so I've changed this to sysconfdir; I'm not adding an extra search path. Also install default configuration files in place, so that this works out of the box. If they are not there, the window manager is unconfigured, and things like window menus do not appear at all.
