seb f4eb4cb163 Use buildlink2. Use perl5/module.mk: remove post-{build,install} targets
by way of PERL5_CONFIGURE_DIRS and BUILD_DIRS.

XXX libeperl.a in ALL_TARGET does seem to be needed so drop ALL_TARGET
override.
