kei 05a3be6ee7 Honor ${PKG_SYSCONFDIR}.
XXX doing make install for same xpdf-* package more than once causes
${PKG_SYSCONFDIR}/xpdfrc have duplicated entries.  Is there any easy
way of avoiding this?
