- Values for the isolation level symbolic constants restored to what

- Named DictCursor/RealDictCursor honour itersize (ticket #80).
- Fixed rollback on error on Zope (ticket #73).
- Raise 'DatabaseError' instead of 'Error' with empty libpq errors,
