Bugfixes
* Fixed answering DS queries (RRSIGs not together with DS, AA bit
missing).
* Fixed setting ARCOUNT in some error responses with EDNS enabled.
* Fixed crash when compiling zone zone with NSEC3PARAM but no NSEC3
and semantic checks enabled.
