dholland 23ae9da0d0 Use BROKEN_EXCEPT_ON_PLATFORM.
(As of the last I remember looking at lcc, which was admittedly a
while ago, if it emits code for the wrong arch it's your fault, i.e. a
packaging/configuration problem.)
