    - Fixed some grammatical errors (thanks Robin 'cheese' Lee)
    - Fixed webkit engine for buggy CHMs which do not have all
    content, as well as cases when external references cannot be
    loaded. Thanks to Kai-Chieh Ku
    - Added Mac support (thanks Serge Weinstock)
