hubertf 402899809a Replace MIRROR_DISTFILES and NO_CDROM with the more descriptive and 
more fine-grained NO_{BIN,SRC}_ON_{FTP,CDROM} definitions.

MIRROR_DISTFILES and NO_CDROM are now dead.
