kim b932d3dc6d Fix a long-standing annoyance where MH (and nmh) insists that parts of ... type message/* should be encoded in 7bit only. Modern mailers send error reports encoded in 8bit as well. I see no harm in simply allowing that through as well (I could see more problems with quoted-printable or base64 as you'd need to actually decode it before parsing the contents).		1999-03-08 20:48:28 +00:00
