Debugged, Run and Retested thoroughly the GetVideoCards procedure, in order to be able to test and get the actual WebCam Statuses, under all conditions. Last Correction from Off to On and from Off to Capture statuses and pop up messages, when On is selected from the menu and a Capturing Event exists.
