documentation: Google drops photos larger than a certain threshold (Bugzilla #4638)
Photos somewhere between 40KB (okay) and 80KB (dropped) are silently dropped by the server. Documented this behavior in README.google and the NEWS for 0.9 final, as we cannot do anything else about it.
