test-dbus.py: use 'dbus_unittest' config as it is

The script used to override the "database" property of
all configured sources in the "dbus_unittest" config.
That is confusing and wasn't documented.

Now the comment for TestSessionAPIsReal describes how to
set up a working config and then doesn't touch it.
