Jussi Kukkonen dc750a5fa8 use ConsumerReady flag in dbus api and UI
support isConsumerReady in dbus api (GetServers, GetTemplates
and also in the options in GetServerConfig). Use the flag in
sync-ui to hide non-ready templates.

Fix #3336
