Sage offers classes for categories, with Parent and Element classes. This is not used at all for the moment. Should vector bundles form a category? Elements could be global sections or perhaps any section (local, finite, infinite or global).

Whenever a vector space is computed, methods return a basis. It would also be desirable to return vector spaces instead.
