Reserved contributions for the current wallet were not properly being
added into the available contribution room available to a wallet; this
fixes it to include any unfilled reserved spots when showing available

Minor fix
The current dependencies (inherited from ryo-libre) include several
outdated versions of packages, some of which have known security
vulnerabilities reported during `npm install`. Additionally the wallet
instantly segfaults for me, under Debian (both when built from source,
and using the binary from github). Updating the dependencies lets the
wallet work for me.
(The updates here were done using `npm-check-updates -u`. The non-free
ryo-wallet repository also includes updated package dependencies, but
these changes do not come from that source since its non-free nature
would be not redistributable).
