Jason Rhinelander 33b362db96 Spruce up block display; DRY tx fetching code 
- Make block metadata use the same style as other new pages
- Abstract tx fetching code
- make /block/latest redirect to top height
- Add "Show raw details" for blocks
- Make searching by block height properly redirect
