- new avatar and updated avatar functional

- removed the appearance of the ability to delete members from a group.

- Renames GroupModel to TSGroupModel for TextSecureKit consistency.
- Refactors the settings into categories (joint work with @dtsbourg)
- Removes settings and logic for background push.
