Script to generate an RSS feed containing a few `fortune -s` items. Use it as a cron job to generate something you can see in a ticker (e.g. on Kodi)

This generates the `index.html` that is shown on the operator's screen and captured with a capture card. In order to change feed URLs and texts, the operator edits `feeds.csv`
