Comment out wget2 which seems to stall downloading the biggest file.

Fix the existing script and add two more.
...
make_libreoffice_appimage updated to support recent and possibly future
versions up to "29.x".
It also can now use axel or wget2 for parallel downloading, when present.
move_clean is a new tool to move the result AppImage to a destination
directory and then clean the build directory, keeping only the
appimagetool.
mk_app is as a shortcut for easier start the build and then move_clean.

I noticed the script broke after TB86 went offline and TB87 replaced it
because the string matching was not generic enough.

Now there is no need to hard-code the Tinderbox number.
Uses an associative array, which requires Bash 4.3, but I guess the point
of the script is not to be POSIX-compatible.
The arch argument is irrelevant for master, because there are no 32-bit builds
anymore.
