Switch most URLs to https
Do not change some types of URLs: * URLs that do not have https support * URLs in XML files, which might not work afterwards * URLs in vendored files, which should get fixed upstream Suggested-by: check-all-the-things * README.org, index.skr, notes.org, pages/best-practices.skr, pages/projects.skr, pages/projects/mes.md: Use https.
