gnu: Add aws-c-compression.

* gnu/packages/c.scm (aws-c-compression): New variable.
* gnu/packages/patches/aws-c-compression-cmake-prefix.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
