/var/log/pgbouncer/pgbouncer.log now
- No need to replace pgbouncer.pid as the config mentions the absolute path

- References to other files in /etc/ is changed with ${PREFIX}/etc specially
pgbouncer.users which had a reference to /etc directory
- No longer requires gsed so removed the BUILD_DEPENDS
- There was a pkg-message.in file which was not called using SUB_FILES; added
accordingly

Spell DISTVERSION correctly in distinfo. Upstream does not use version
numbers. I originally used the date I created the port as DISTVERSION.
I forgot to update distinfo after correcting that to be the date of the
upstream commit per convention.

Some KDE Gear applications set a different version for the
shared library than the rest of them. Those ports manually
overwrote the variable used in the plist sub.
Make them use a kde.mk defined value, so that only one place
needs to be changed on updates.
