18fb0fad82 Update to 1.0.6. 
If linprocfs is available, this version works with no extra kmem
privilege under 5.0-CURRENT.  In this time, since we cannot obtain
swap information by safety way, when gkrellm cannot access kmem,
gkrellm tries to use linprocfs for swap information.

d9ab51c5b6 Add a run-time dependency on tcpserver/ucspi-tcp, as per the default 
setup created by the configuration program, which is the preferred and
most common method too.

ac22c22af7 Do not set the shell for user "pgsql" to `/bin/nologin' at package install 
time: this breaks the rc.d script.  Default to `/bin/sh' as a `make install'
would do.

973d85ecfa - remove redirection to /dev/null for zebra and routing daemons 
you should be able to see error messages if there are any
  Since daemons are started using -d options, you should
  normally see no output...
- bumped PORTREVISION, since its a major win being able
  to see error messages if there are any

d9d18678eb - Update www/linux-lesstif-ns to the latest "stable" version(0.92.6). 
- Use bzip2 archive instead of gzip archive.
- Do linux(8) before configure, because if linux mode is not active,
  this port won't be configurable/buildable and will show weird error
  messages (kind of these messages will confuse some people).

9eaafa8e83 Chase checksum ... the distfile was re-rolled without changing 
the version number.  The alarmingly extensive changes were:
  = use old-style HTML help by default
  = 8-bit HTML entities specified differently in source
    (e.g. "\344" instead of "ä")
  = change in the way dynamic modules are loaded (RTLD_NOW -> RTLD_LAZY)
  = bugfixes (?) for image scaling
  = updated mimetypes support: new flags `needsterminal' and `copiusoutput'
  = comment changes/additions

4006c97909 Tell configure script proper place where libqt installed in.
