It allows data import into GLPI using CSV files.
It allows to create models of injection for a future re-use.

- Disable libnotify when dbus is disabled to avoid installing of dbus as a
dependency from libnotify. [1]

Text is returned as unicode, and codepage settings in tables are
honored. Documentation needs work, but author is very responsive
