Reorganize a bit so documentation will be installed into
${PREFIX}/share/doc/latex2rtf/.
Do install the GNU info pages, too. Unfortunately, the info pages as
shipped needed the removal of various ^Ms (patch-ab), and the addition
of dir node meta tags (patch-ac).

On FreeBSD-STABLE, it seems impossible to link with -liodbc.3 without
giving PTHREAD_LIBS (and PTHREAD_CFLAGS), then the ODBC driver was not
built.
