memory_profiler is a python module for monitoring memory consumption of a
process as well as line-by-line analysis of memory consumption for python
programs. It is a pure python module and has the psutil module as optional
(but highly recommended) dependencies.

Recently textproc/docbook-xsl, and textproc/docbook-xsl-ns and
textproc/website were modified such that the xmlcatmgr catalog was
created during the build (once) and packaged. Before it was
accidently built and package and then created again during the
package install script that it had. So the catalog creation was
removed from pkg-install.in script.
textproc/slides really was set up in the same way but it wasn't
emitting errors because the pkg-plist was slightly different.
However, in the interest of uniformity, textproc/slides was updated
to match the others.
The missing dependency on xmlcatmgr was added and the header trimmed
as well.

The distfile is frequently archived by upstream. The previous unbreak
fetch effort lasted less than a week! By adding the archive location to
the MASTER_SITES definition, we can make this port function longer.

The following kde-l10n-* language ports were dropped from KDE4 several
releases ago and have not been restored: csb, eo, fy, gu, id, kn, mai,
mk, ml. Since there is no indication they will be restored any time
soon, let's just remove these IGNORED ports.

MooseX::Types::URI provides Moose types for fun with URIs.
It has slightly DWIMier types than the URI classes have due to implementation
details, so the types should be more forgiving when ducktyping will work anyway
(e.g. URI::WithBase does not inherit URI).

- better detection for bits in the radio signal
- catch more corner cases in decoding of the time data
The configuration file (hardware.txt) needs to be updated with this update.
