Quicktime support shouldn't trigger on FreeBSD. Still explicitly
configure --without-quicktime in line with our push for deterministic
builds.

MoChA is a bcftools plugin released under the MIT license for mosaic
chromosomal alteration detection and analysis from DNA microarray or
whole genome sequence data. It can be used both with Illumina and
Affymetrix data. It can also be used for detection of germline copy
number variants. Data can be prepared in usable file formats using the
gtc2vcf plugin.
Upstream changes:
- TkRemind: Apply window and text colors to all GUI elements
including buttons and status labels.
- The new ADDOMIT keyword can shorten reminder files.
- Update contrib/remind-conf-mode to latest release
- The parser does not auto-convert numbers 90-99 to 1990-1999. This
was messing up things like "DURATION 90". It also means you can no
longer abbreviate the years 1990-1999 as 90-99.
- Various documentation fixes
- When switching users with the "-u" option, call initgroups()
to properly set group membership list.

In Ruby 3.0 following standard libraries are distributed as bundled
gems.
- minitest
- power_assert
- test-unit
- typeprof
- rexml
- rss
But this port doesn't include bundled gems in its package. So add
message to pkg-message that they are provided as separate ports.

Those 2 patches are fixing a bug shown by firefox under wayland:
when running a wayland desktop with dual screen and different settings
for the 2 screens, the combobox were not functionnal if firefox is on
the second screen.
