Quaternion is broken. Although it's the same upstream
people, there is no release compatible with 0.7 yet.
NeoChat does like the newer library. Since Quaternion
is more a proof-of-something client than a shiny tool,
mark it broken for now -- there is some upstream work
to get it to work.
The upstream project now has real releases that follow semantic
versioning, so pick those up along with all the new features
since the '0.1' style release.

Commit 5ff99a4c9d disabled libelf detection to work around the build
failure, but rpmbuild expects to be able to find the elfdeps utility and
misbehaves when it's not present. Since the build failure is easy to
address (different names for an ELF machine type constant for the rather
obsolescent DEC Alpha), let's just do that.
As a part of this, elfutils must be listed as a runtime dependency.
Note that we cannot list it in LIB_DEPENDS since the ports framework
ends up finding the base system libelf.so and decides that the
dependency is satisifed without installing elfutils. But the base
system libelf is missing a symbol (gelf_getvernaux) required by elfdeps.
Work around this by listing elfutils as both build and runtime
dependencies.

- Also deprecate (without setting EXPIRATION_DATE, as the ports
still build and work fine) games/lbreakout and games/lbreakout2 -
the former has latest release in 2001 and is not even mentioned on
the upstream website any more, and the latter explicitly mentions
deprecation. LBreakoutHD is claimed to support all levelsets and
themes for LBreakout2, being a drop-in replacement for it.
- While here, some cosmetic fixes to games/lbreakout and games/lbreakout2.
LBreakoutHD is a scaleable 16:9 remake of LBreakout2. You try to
clear levels full of different types of bricks and extras by using
your paddle to aim balls at the bricks.
All LBreakout2 themes and levelsets work. New themes can be of any
resolution.
databases/mysql56-{server|client} is marked as DEPRECATED and set to be
removed from the tree on 2023-06-30. However there are still some
consumers for those which also should should be mark DEPRECATED and set
to be EXPIRED all along.
