e06a83c89a There is no longer any reason to mark this port MANUAL_PACKAGE_BUILD: 
bento builds packages in clean chroots, and anyway the original problem
no longer occurs.

93050d4d13 Fix the temporary file handling in igawk. As far as I can tell, we 
don't install this, therefore no PORTREVISION bump is needed.  But I'm
fixing it anyway in case someone changes this port to install it in
the future (perhaps as a result of this commit :-)

9f3ffbf7de On deinstall, deactivate mod_perl in whichever of httpd.conf and 
httpd.conf.default exist.

This is a best attempt at resolving the problem where the system
is left changed from before a mod_perl installation after mod_perl
is removed.

If only apxs had an option to revert module activation.

61a90bd369 Changed my mind regarding the place where to install the docs: this 
now all goes below ${PREFIX}/share/texmf/, so to conform with other
TeX ports.

Need to install header.tex, though i rather decided to rename that file
while installing.

Now it's ready to go. ;-)
