manipulation of the colours based on colour theory without reference to colour
profiles (such as sRGB or Adobe RGB). For most purposes, when working with the
RGB and HSL colours, this won't matter. However, some colour models (like CIE
L*a*b*) are not supported because Color does not yet support colour profiles,
giving no meaningful way to convert colours in absolute colour spaces (like
L*a*b*, XYZ) to non-absolute colour spaces (like RGB).

provides the ability to deal with POSIX tar(1) archive files. The
implementation is based heavily on Mauricio Fernández's implementation
in rpa-base, but has been reorganised to promote reuse in other projects.
The library can only handle files and directories at this point.
The command line utility, minitar, can only create archives, extract from
archives, and list archive contents.
