c64e2df724 Update PostgreSQL-devel to 7.3 release. Once the ports freeze is over the 
mainline postgresql7 port will be updated.  7.3 introduces many new
features, most notably schemas, drop column, table functions, and
prepared queries were added in this release.  Please read the release
notes for details.

c5ed87bd03 Fix the startup script so that it can accept option arguments. This fixes 
a problem with starting Mozilla from the KDE dock if another instance of
Mozilla is already running.

be5a93f9f9 Fix the build of lang/ruby_static-devel, i.e. the build of 
archiver/ruby-zlib with lang/ruby-devel in the correct way.

The cause of this problem is that FreeBSD's make(1) got a bit too
sensitive about a mixture of `target:' and `target::'.

d7faccfd3b Use WANT_AUTOCONF_VER so we don't automagically execute autoconf when we 
don't want to. Unfortunately, I still can't get it to build because it appears
not to link against libgmp. Kris, if you think this is my problem to solve,
I will attempt to do so. Otherwise, I have kde 3.1 things to take care of,
and a cups upgrade to pull together. If I can get the cups upgrade done,
I'd like to get it in.

346fc6d89a Added WANT_AUTO{CONF,MAKE}_VER, which set up all the variables as in USE_*, 
but do not cause the program to be executed prior to configure step. This is
done to accomodate a couple of rather odd ports.

Basically, this amounts to redefining USE_*_VER in terms of USE_*, WANT_*_VER.
It's pretty gross, but it works.

53692c87ec If the alternative set of fonts was requested, _add_ the 
build-dependency on Perl instead of setting it (and do it using the
new USE_PERL_BUILD knob). This fixes ukrainian/gd, which is the only
sattelite of this port at the moment.

25f5411408 Fix autoconf usage. Port is still broken, though. It's missing linking in 
whatever has all the mpz_ functions (libgmp?). But that's not autoconf's fault.
