New Features and Improvements:
- Experimental SQLite Support
- Creating an Attachment by Pasting Text Into a Text Field
- HTML Bugmail (default: on can be disabled in user preference)
- Improved Searching System
- Disabling Old Components, Versions and Milestones
- Displaying a Custom Field Value Based on Multiple Values of Another Field
- Auditing of All Changes Within Bugzilla
- Accessibility Improvements
And many other Improvements, for complete list see:
http://www.bugzilla.org/releases/4.2.1/release-notes.html
Minor improvements:
===================
* Improve messages for processing of dependent ports when -r
* If there is an installed version, always print that message, not just
when we're in the parent
* Optimize determination of $new_port:
- When first set, let it be global
- Use a function to incorporate/optimize the various tests from the
2 different places that it was being set
* Use a more robust method of determining portdir from $PWD. This also
works for bare 'portmaster' with no arguments now, if you're in a port
directory.
* Various additional code cleanups
Bug fix:
========
Do read_distinfos() in the background for multiport() too, oops
in BIND9
High numbers of queries with DNSSEC validation enabled can cause an
assertion failure in named, caused by using a "bad cache" data structure
before it has been initialized.

no much changes for us (we where following the 4.3.x dev branch for a while)
except we are back on an official stable branch
Note that this version offers completion for dtrace, beadm (not tested with
FreeBSD versions) and improved completion for zfs.
