Initial import of nautilus-2.2.3.1, the official file manager for GNOME2. This is the same version that I imported to pkgsrc-wip earlier. With the latest gnome-vfs2 update, the package works now.

Honor PKG_SYSCONFDIR, so that gnome-vfs2 can find files in vfolders (like the "Start here" folder); Nautilus works better overall. Bump PKGREVISION to 1.
