- move store directory to under PKG_SYSCONFDIR.
- add missing fix to top level configure.

d96bda51d3 Update AiCA package to 0.81. 
- Changes are unknown.
- License restriction is removed now.
- Try to keep configuration to ${PREFIX}/etc/AiCA.
