joerg	f2c68d4fb0	Instead of running make configure in math/pari, just extrcat the tarball ... directly. It seems to be enough as the package rebuilds most of pari anyway. This fixes the bulk build issues and the ordering issues seen before. Add commented out SITES variable, as the master site for pari doesn't have the old version any longer.
