The package changed with the addition of its libepoll-shim dependency.
Otherwise, we can get:
ERROR: libepoll-shim>=0.0.20210418 is not installed; can't buildlink files.
The upstream change log doesn't note this, but this is a security fix
for CVE-2022-32278.

library versions:
- Helpers are now installed in exo-2 paths, and exo-helper-1 has
been renamed to exo-helper-2 to follow the library version

they are used by both versions of the library

does not depend on either version of the library

This is based on a huge amount of work by the NetBSDfr team and Youri Mouton,
who takes over as MAINTAINER, and has been tested by Youri on a large number
of platforms prior to commit. A massive thanks to them. Any issues with the
import are mine alone as the committer-by-proxy.
Do it for all packages that
* mention perl, or
* have a directory name starting with p5-*, or
* depend on a package starting with p5-
like last time, for 5.18, where this didn't lead to complaints.
Let me know if you have any this time.
