9637f7852e all: migrate homepages from http to https 
pkglint -r --network --only "migrate"

As a side-effect of migrating the homepages, pkglint also fixed a few
indentations in unrelated lines. These and the new homepages have been
checked manually.

a8fb742a0c As the update to 0.40 noted, "WeasyPrint now depends on cssselect2 instead 
of cssselect and lxml."

Thus retarget at the newly-added py-cssselect2 package, so weasyprint no
longer fails at startup by assertion.  Drop lxml.

Bump PKGREVISION.

Problems found locating distfiles:
	Package acroread7: missing distfile AdobeReader_enu-7.0.9-1.i386.tar.gz
	Package acroread8: missing distfile AdobeReader_enu-8.1.7-1.sparc.tar.gz
	Package cups-filters: missing distfile cups-filters-1.1.0.tar.xz
	Package dvidvi: missing distfile dvidvi-1.0.tar.gz
	Package lgrind: missing distfile lgrind.tar.bz2

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden).  All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.

21e4798a48 Import Weasyprint-0.24 as print/py-weasyprint. 
WeasyPrint is a visual rendering engine for HTML and CSS that can
export to PDF. It aims to support web standards for printing.
WeasyPrint is free software made available under a BSD license.

It is based on various libraries but not on a full rendering engine
like WebKit or Gecko. The CSS layout engine is written in Python,
designed for pagination, and meant to be easy to hack on.
