Depend on kdelibs3 instead (which contains the directory containing
the directories from this package).
Also, DEPEND on it instead of including its bl3.mk file, since
we do not need any libraries.

Fixed a couple of problems in lshd, where the server process
leaks file descriptors to user shells that it starts. These
bugs implied a local denial of service hole, at best.

list of ${PREFIX}-relative paths of directories that do *not* contain
info files. This allows avoiding the auto info-file-entry munging
that occurs for all PLIST entries that are in directories named "info".
