17e39f419d Fix indentation in buildlink3.mk files.
The actual fix as been done by "pkglint -F */*/buildlink3.mk", and was
reviewed manually.

There are some .include lines that still are indented with zero spaces
although the surrounding .if is indented. This is existing practice.

b381c6e2f3 Sort PLIST files.
Unsorted entries in PLIST files have generated a pkglint warning for at
least 12 years. Somewhat more recently, pkglint has learned to sort
PLIST files automatically. Since pkglint 5.4.23, the sorting is only
done in obvious, simple cases. These have been applied by running:

  pkglint -Cnone,PLIST -Wnone,plist-sort -r -F

2707ff0247 dpkg: updated to 1.18.24
dpkg 1.18.24:
* Add missing symbols to the libdpkg map file.
* Fix dpkg-shlibdeps to preserve the Dpkg::Shlibs::find_library() order
  when scanning symbols/shlibs files. This was causing generation of bogus
  dependencies when multiple packages provide the same SONAME on different
  directories. Regression introduced in dpkg 1.18.17.
* Make dpkg-maintscript-helper print all unowned files from a directory
  when printing the error message, to ease debugging those problems after
  the fact.
  Based on a patch by Bastien ROUCARI?<88>S <roucaries.bastien@gmail.com>.
* Add duplicate prevention code for debian/files to dpkg-genbuildinfo, so
  that successive runs with different versions and equivalent build types
  do not generate multiple .buildinfo entries to be uploaded, which is
  similar to what dpkg-gencontrol is doing for .deb files.
* Fix conffile takeover handling during unpack in dpkg on --root or
  on diversions.
* Fix digest inference for shared conffiles, causing bogus takeover
  unpack errors. Regression introduced in dpkg 1.16.9.
* Improve tar entry metadata parsing in dpkg:
  - Do not parse device numbers for non block nor char tar entry objects.
  - Make the existing octal parser more robust, by checking for the
    expected format of leading zeros or spaces, followed by any ASCII
    octal characters (0-7), followed by zero or more space or NULs.
  - Add support for base-256 encoded numeric fields, to support large
    values, for UID/GID, device number, size and even signed timestamps.
    This is necessary not only to be able to store larger values, but to
    cover packages that can already be generated by dpkg-deb, given that
    it uses the system GNU tar when building.
* Architecture support:
  - Add support for ARM64 ILP32.
* Perl modules:
  - Remove obsolete hardening-wrapper support from Dpkg::Vendor::Ubuntu.
  - Bump $Dpkg::Deps::VERSION to match the one documented in CHANGES.
  - Ignore by default debian/files.new and debian/files for all source
    formats in Dpkg::Source::Package, because these are generated files
    with well known pathnames, part of the public interface, and with
    dpkg-genbuildinfo always injecting .buildinfo entries into
    debian/files, this meant this could disrupt previous workflows based
    on not cleaning the source tree.
* Documentation:
  - Many spelling fixes.
  - Do not include mispellings in changelogs, as that makes detecting them
    more difficult.
* Build system:
  - Use libexec variable for auxiliary internal programs, and set it to
    /usr/lib on Debian and derivatives.
  - Check that the detected tar is a GNU tar.
  - Check that the detected patch is a GNU patch, so that we get a directory
    traversal resistant patch implementation. This fixes CVE-2017-8283 by
    delegating those checks to patch(1), so that we trap blank-indented
    diff hunks trying to escape from the source tree.
* Test suite:
  - Add a test case for blank-indented patches which were the cause for
    CVE-2017-8283.
  - Handle files with non-zero sizes in c-tarextract libdpkg test code.

45e07aa75c p5-Locale-Codes: update to 3.55.
VERSION 3.55  (2017-11-17; sbeck)

NEW CODE(s)

(*) Deprecated in core

Because correct usage of any of the Locale::Codes modules requires that
they be kept up-to-date, I have long felt that it should not be distributed
as a core module. After discussion on the perl5-porters list, it is agreed,
and the deprecation process has been started.

Changes from a github pull request applied

A couple minor changes (updated .travis.yml to include newest versions of
perl; and a couple changes to pod_coverage.t) reported by lancew on GitHub.

Got rid of Build.PL

Simplified things by only supporting one of Makefile.PL/Build.PL (and the latter
has been removed from perl core some time ago). RT 123572

Fixed INSTALLDIRS

The behavior of installing core modules changed in 5.12 a bit, and Makefile.PL
now reflects that.  RT 123571

dbcb57753c Bump PKGREVISION on packages depending on CUPS
This should be the last part of the renaming operation for print/cups to
print/cups-base.

Rationale: packages depending on CUPS but not relying on a functional
printing setup only need to depend on print/cups-base (equivalent to the
former print/cups). The new print/cups now depends on print/cups-base
and on print/cups-filters, thus directly providing a functional printing
setup. This bump reflects this change of dependency.

This is still missing revision bumps - I'll be right there (first time I
am doing this on so many packages at a time).

2bc59f38dd tmux: Update misc/tmux to 2.6
Changes:
CHANGES FROM 2.5 TO 2.6, 05 October 2017
* Add select-pane -T to set pane title.
* Fix memory leak when lines with BCE are removed from history.
* Fix (again) the "prefer unattached" behaviour of attach-session.
* Reorder how keys are checked to allow keys to be specified that have a
  leading escape. GitHub issue 1048.
* Support REP escape sequence (\033[b).
* Run alert hooks based on options rather than always, and allow further bells
  even if there is an existing bell.
* Add -d flag to display-panes to override display-panes-time.
* Add selection_present format when in copy mode (allows key bindings that do
  something different if there is a selection).
* Add pane_at_left, pane_at_right, pane_at_top and pane_at_bottom formats.
* Make bell, activity and silence alerting more consistent by: removing the
  bell-on-alert option; adding activity-action and silence-action options with
  the same possible values as the existing bell-action; adding a "both" value
  for the visual-bell, visual-activity and visual-silence options to trigger
  both a bell and a message.
* Add a pane_pipe format to show if pipe-pane is active.
* Block signals between forking and resetting signal handlers so that the
  libevent signal handler doesn't get called in the child and incorrectly write
  into the signal pipe that it still shares with the parent. GitHub issue 1001.
* Allow punctuation in pane_current_command.
* Add -c for respawn-pane and respawn-window.
* Wait for any remaining data to flush when a pane is closed while pipe-pane is
  in use.
* Fix working out current client with no target. GitHub issue 995.
* Try to fallback to C.UTF-8 as well as en_US.UTF-8 when looking for a UTF-8
  locale.
* Add user-keys option for user-defined key escape sequences (mapped to User0
  to User999 keys).
* Add pane-set-clipboard hook.
* FAQ file has moved out of repository to online.
* Fix problem with high CPU usage when a client dies unexpectedly. GitHub issue
  941.
* Do a dance on OS X 10.10 and above to return tmux to the user namespace,
  allowing access to the clipboard.
* Do not allow escape sequences which expect a specific terminator (APC, DSC,
  OSC) to wait for forever - use a small timeout. This reduces the chance of
  the pane locking up completely when sent garbage (cat /dev/random or
  similar).
* Support SIGUSR2 to toggle logging on a running server, also generate the
  "out" log file with -vv not -vvvv.
* Make set-clipboard a three state option: on (tmux both sends to outside
  terminal and accepts from applications inside); external (tmux sends outside
  but does not accept inside); and off.
* Fix OSC 4 palette setting for bright foreground colours. GitHub issue 954.
* Use setrgbf and setrgbb terminfo(5) capabilities to set RGB colours, if they
  are available. (Tc is still supported as well.)
* Fix redrawing panes when they are resized several times but end up with the
  size unchanged (for example, splitw/resizep -Z/breakp).
* Major rewrite of choose mode. Now includes preview, sorting, searching and
  tagging; commands that can be executed directly from the mode (for example,
  to delete one or more buffers); and filtering in tree mode.
* choose-window and choose-session are now aliases of choose-tree (in the
  command-alias option).
* Support OSC 10 and OSC 11 to set foreground and background colours.
* Check the U8 capability to determine whether to use UTF-8 line drawing
  characters for ACS.
* Some missing notifications for layout changes.
* Control mode clients now do not affect session sizes until they issue
  refresh-client -C. new-session -x and -y works with control clients even if
  the session is not detached.
* All new sessions that are unattached (whether with -d or started with no
  terminal) are now created with size 80 x 24. Whether the status line is on or
  off does not affect the size of new sessions until they are attached.
* Expand formats in option names and add -F flag to expand them in option values.
* Remember the search string for a pane even if copy mode is exited and entered
  again.
* Some further BCE fixes (scroll up, reverse index).
* Improvements to how terminals are cleared (entirely or partially).

f4c773b890 Update ruby-ohai to 13.3.
# Ohai Release Notes 13.3

## Additional Platform Support

Ohai now properly detects the [F5 Big-IP](https://www.f5.com/) platform and
platform_version.

- platform: bigip
- platform_family: rhel

# Ohai Release Notes 13.2:

Ohai 13.2 has been a fantastic release in terms of community involvement with
new plugins, platform support, and critical bug fixes coming from community
members. A huge thank you to msgarbossa, albertomurillo, jaymzh, and davide125
for their work.

## New Features

### Systemd Paths Plugin

A new plugin has been added to expose system and user paths from systemd-path
(see <https://www.freedesktop.org/software/systemd/man/systemd-path.html> for
details).

### Linux Network, Filesystem, and Mdadm Plugin Resilience

The Network, Filesystem, and Mdadm plugins have been improved to greatly
reduce failures to collect data. The Network plugin now better finds the
binaries it requires for shelling out, filesystem plugin utilizes data from
multiple sources, and mdadm handles arrays in bad states.

### Zpool Plugin Platform Expansion

The Zpool plugin has been updated to support BSD and Linux in addition to
Solaris.

### RPM version parsing on AIX

The packages plugin now correctly parses RPM package name / version
information on AIX systems.

### Additional Platform Support

Ohai now properly detects the [Clear](https://clearlinux.org/) and
[ClearOS](https://www.clearos.com/) Linux distributions.

#### Clear Linux

- platform: clearlinux
- platform_family: clearlinux

#### ClearOS

- platform: clearos
- platform_family: rhel

## New Deprecations

### Removal of IpScopes plugin. (OHAI-13)

<https://docs.chef.io/deprecations_ohai_ipscopes.html>

In Chef/Ohai 14 (April 2018) we will remove the IpScopes plugin. The data
returned by this plugin is nearly identical to information already returned by
individual network plugins and this plugin required the installation of an
additional gem into the Chef installation. We believe that few users were
installing the gem and users would be better served by the data returned from
the network plugins.

ccc86e41ee Import moreutils-0.60 as misc/moreutils
moreutils is a growing collection of the unix tools that nobody
thought to write long ago when unix was young.

It consists of these tools:

 - chronic: runs a command quietly unless it fails
 - combine: combine the lines in two files using boolean operations
 - errno: look up errno names and descriptions
 - ifdata: get network interface info without parsing ifconfig output
 - isutf8: check if a file or standard input is utf-8
 - ifne: run a command if the standard input is not empty
 - lckdo: execute a program with a lock held (deprecated)
 - mispipe: pipe two commands, returning the exit status of the first
 - parallel: run multiple jobs at once
 - pee: tee standard input to pipes
 - sponge: soak up standard input and write to a file
 - ts: timestamp standard input
 - vidir: edit a directory in your text editor
 - vipe: insert a text editor into a pipe
 - zrun: automatically uncompress arguments to command

20b8a7f9a4 Import tmate version 2.2.1 as misc/tmate.
tmate provides an instant pairing solution, allowing you to share a
terminal with one or several teammates. Together with a voice call, it's
almost like pairing in person. The terminal sharing works by using SSH
connections to backend servers maintained by tmate upstream developers.
Teammates need to be given a randomly-generated token to be able to join a
session.

tmate is a modified version of tmux, and uses the same configurations such
as keybindings, color schemes etc.

c038ea90c5 Update to 5.4.0.3
* Remove openjdk7 support
* Use internal libjpeg-turbo
* Disable pdfium. This requires a lot of work

Changelog:
LibreOffice 5.4 highlights

    A new standard colour palette has been included, based on the RYB colour model.
    File format compatibility has been improved, with better support for EMF vector images. This helps when you’re importing detailed diagrams from other office software.
    Imported PDF files are rendered with much better quality, also when inserted into a document, while exported PDF files – from Writer and Impress – support embedded videos (and linked videos if opened with Acrobat Reader).
    LibreOffice 5.4 supports OpenPGP keys for signing ODF documents on Linux. If you already use GPG/PGP for signing emails, it ensures the authenticity of your ODF documents regardless of the mode of transport or storage.

WRITER

    In Writer, you can now import AutoText from Microsoft Word DOTM templates.
    When you’re exporting or pasting numbered and bulleted lists as plain text, their full structure is preserved.
    In the Format menu, you can now create custom watermarks for your documents.
    New context menu items have been added for working with sections, footnotes, endnotes and styles.

CALC

    Calc now includes support for pivot charts, which use data from pivot tables. When the table is updated, the chart is automatically updated as well.
    Comments are now easier to manage, with menu commands to show, hide and delete all comments.
    When applying conditional formatting to cells, you can now easily change the priority of rules with up and down buttons.
    Extra sheet protection options have been added, to optionally allow insertion or deletion of rows and columns.
    Lastly, when you’re exporting in CSV format, your settings are remembered for the next export operation.

IMPRESS

    In Impress, when you’re duplicating an object, you can now specify fractional angles. In addition, your settings are saved for the next duplication operation.

72fb1ad044 Updated package to latest version, 2.0.0beta3 (this sadly needs to be done
now as several packages rely on this version for building).

Changes include:
Changes prefixed with "(*)" are potentially breaking to scripts or existing
repositories (changes that are automatically handled by the format upgrade tools
are not marked).

2.0.0~beta3
* (*) Renamed `--soft-request` to `--best-effort`
* Fixed and improved speed of the package file tracking mechanism
* Added `--ignore-constraints-on` to temporarily bypass version constraints on
  some dependencies
* Fields `build-test:`, `build-doc:` are now deprecated, in favor of specifying
  conditions on the `with-test` and `with-doc` variables within the `build:`
  field, and of the new `run-test:` field
* (*) The command-line options have been renamed accordingly to `--with-test`
  and `--with-doc`
* Removed the `opam build` command
* Allow directories in place of package specifications for the `install`,
  `remove`, `upgrade`, `reinstall` and `show` commands. `opam` files can also be
  specified for `install` and `show`
* On local switch creation, check for package definitions and choose a
  compatible compiler if possible
* Add `opam install|remove --destdir` to copy the package's installed files
  somewhere else
* Allow `opam init --config=URL`

2.0~beta2
* Fixes (mainly to `opam build`)
* Faster coinstallability check

2.0~beta
* New, by-hash package archive caching system
* Simpler HTTP repository update
* Allow specification of multiple checksums per file
* Add `opam reinstall --pending`, to handle reinstallations of changed packages
* Support for defining trust anchors and repository validation hooks (for use
  with Conex)
* (*) Added `opam install --working-dir`, removed "mixed mode" for pinned packages
* Added `opam install --soft-request`, a non-failing "do what can be done"
  install mode
* Simplified, better conflict messages
* Added `opam list --coinstallable-with PKG`
* Added command `opam clean`
* Added `opam upgrade --all PKGS`, to do a full upgrade while guaranteeing
  `PKGS` are kept installed
* Allow `&` in conflict version constraints, e.g. `conflicts: "foo" {>= "3" & <
  "4"}`
* Added an `opam admin` command, with various, better organised repository admin
  commands, and remove the `opam-admin` tool
* Added an `opam build` command, to handle `opam` files found in the current
  directory
* Internally upgrade repositories in 1.2 format automatically to 2.0 (on `init`,
  `update` or `repo add`)

2.0~alpha5
* Merge stdout and stderr of child processes by default
* Fixed regression on solver call times
* Added a few shorter command aliases: `opam var` `opam exec`, `opam env` for
  the corresponding `opam config` commands
* (*) Simplified `opam repo` to only use `add` and `remove` in normal use,
  always meaning the current switch (only) if not specified otherwise
* (*) Restrict package names and versions to a reasonable character set
* Added support for SHA256 and SHA512 checksums
* Separated the opam format lexer/parser/printers into a separate
  `opam-file-format` library
* Reporting on package definition file errors only when the file will be used,
  and on by default (rather than all-off by default, and optionally all-on)
* `opam lint` now accept multiple input files
* `opam pin` interface yet improved, allow pinning all at once when a source
  directory contains multiple packages. `opam unpin <dir>` now allowed to cancel
  `opam pin <dir>`
* Updated version of the dose lib dependency
* (*) All patch files used in package definitions are now assumed to apply with
  `-p1`.

2.0~alpha4
* Added pre and post hooks for package command sections; allowed per-switch
  configuration
* Re-packaged the libraries and opam into 7 individual packages
* Convert opam 1.2 files on the fly when pinning
* `opam list` can now match patterns on versions
* Allow switches to be created below arbitrary directories using `opam switch
  create <dir>`. Automatically select a switch found in `$PWD`
* Add `install --reuse-build-dir` to be used together with `--keep-build-dir`
  and allow incremental recompilations
* Add `install --inplace-build` to build locally pinned packages directly in
  their source directory

2.0~alpha3
* (*) Refactored 'opam switch' command, creation of new switches no longer implicit
* (*) Allow per-switch selection of repositories
* Better update of the environment variables across switches or opam roots
* Add `opam install --restore` to recover packages that got removed due to
  errors or interruptions
* Added `synopsis:` and `description:` fields to integrate package descriptions
  in a single package definition file
* Removed the clever hack to skip downloads when uninstalling packages with
  `ocamlfind remove`; this now needs to be explicit through the
  `light-uninstall` flag.
* Provide `opam admin upgrade-format` to migrate package repositories to the new
  format, and create the proper OCaml compiler package wrappers
* Allow initialisation parameters from a .opamrc file, possibly completely
  overriding OCaml and opam.ocaml.org repository defaults

2.0~alpha2
* Extended the `opam lint` command-line options (package descriptions from opam
  metadata, warnings selection)
* Allow to create a new switch with `opam switch import`
* (*) Rewritten, much more flexible `opam list` command, with composable filters and
  output selection
* Delay the removals of packages as much as possible, avoiding most cases of
  mass uninstalled packages after a build failure
* Use a specific `opam` user-agent for downloads
* Remove globalisation of compiler package variables and support for
  `available:` constraints depending on those. Rewrite the repository
  accordingly to use explicit dependencies towards the compiler version.

2.0~alpha
* Changed license to LGPL 2.1 with linking exception, like OCaml (#2573)
* Track files installed by packages for cleaner removal and listing, add `opam
  search --owns-file` (#502, #1215) *this requires packages to properly separate
  build and install*, or unrelated files could get removed on package uninstall.
* Allow command wrappers around package build/install/remove commands to be
  defined in `~/.opam/config`; include sample Linux wrappers to restrict process
  permissions (e.g. ensure `build:` doesn't install)
* (*) Reworked `opam show`, with more fields and the ability to select raw fields
  from the opam file (#2122)
* Dropped ability to compile opam with OCaml earlier than 4.01.0
* Version constraints in `depopts:` allowed again, but with consistent semantics
* Allow mixing filters within dependency constraints
* More flexible `opam pin` command interface
* New internal file-lock handling, less obtrusive and safer
* New `switch export` format, now including local (pinned) package definitions
* No longer uses insecure arguments of curl/wget (#55, #2006, #2460)
* Installed package source and metadata are now handled per-switch, which is
  more reliable
* `opam pin edit` now allows changing version and even URL; better editor
  handling
* Discarded built-in variables based on polling OCaml (they are now defined by
  the compiler package at installation)
* Discarded compiler files, `opam switch` now based on packages with the
  `compiler` flag set
* Extended package configuration files
* Allow initialised opam without switch, initialised switch without compiler.
  Better handling of compiler install failure
* (*) Large API rework, switch and repository state now handled separately, used in
  functional style and avoiding many loads
* Git submodules are now automatically fetched by the git backend
* (*) Package definition files now prioritize `&` higher than `|`, like is most
  common
* (*) `opam list -a` now lists all available packages, even if they can't be
  installed (missing depends...), which is much faster (#2370)
* Added ability to reprint files with reduced diffs (#2363)
* Url and description can now be included within a single package definition
  `opam` file (#2328)
* Internal switch state now all below `<switch-dir>/.opam-switch/`, state in a
  single `switch-state` file (#2340)
* Add a `setenv:` field to package definitions, allowing to export environment
  variables (#2337, #2361)
* Built-in support for alternative solver `mccs` (#2333)
* `opam upgrade pkg` now prompts to install `pkg` if absent (#2327)
* (*) Assume plugin package and exec names start with "opam-" (#2316, #2317)
* Reworked, cleaner and bidirectional file manipulation library (kind of lenses)
  (#2325)
* Allow packages to specify extra remote overlay files within their definition
  files
* Heuristic to detect bad solutions and print a hint when no solver is available
* (*) Proper URL handling with version-control + transport handling (e.g.
  `git+https://`)
* Allow unescaped strings enclosed between `"""` markers in package definition
  files
* Don't rely on '.zip' extension for downloaded archive handling (#2289)
* `opam config` extended with `set`, `unset`, `expand` subcommands, allows
  variables in `exec` argument (#2268)
* `conflict:` field is now handled as a disjunction in all regards (#2267)
* Better handling of concurrent removal/build/install actions (#2161, #2266,
  #2370)
* Allow fields `x-fieldname` in package definition files, for use by external
  tools (#2265)
* Extended, more useful JSON output (including full package failure logs)
  (#2236)
* Use the switch paths that are defined in the switch configuration file (#2185)
* Allow package definition files to reference the package's own variables
  through "%{_:varname}%" (#2184)
* Initialise number of jobs from host's number of processors (#2180)

43bd3c09bf Updated package to latest version, 5.0.1. Changes (from 4.3) include:
dose3 (5.0) UNRELEASED; urgency=low
* finally implement keep_package/version/feature properly. The globalid
  index that was used to optionally encode the global constraints is
  now disappeared. This simplify the interface of the solver.
* massive refactoring. Change of API . All functions in Depsolver*
  accept a new paramenter "global_constraints" that is a vpkgformula
  enconding all packages that must be co-installed by by default with
  each request. This is used to properly encode debian essential packages
  without abusing 'Keep_package as before.
* Depsolver_int.{solve,init_solver_unit,init_solver_cache} have a new optional
  argument 'explain'. When false, reduce the memory footprint.
* Depsolver.{check_request,check_request_using} accept a new parameter dummy
  that can be used to pass arbitrary contraints as a cudf.package that is going
  to be coinstalled as part of the request and filtered out in the result.
* improvements to the documentation and test units
* add --compare to ceve when used with pef://
* improvements to distcheck --lowmem
* StdOptions.lastest now returns an integer to consider only the last n versions
  of each package
* API change : CudfAdd.latest
* API change : CudfAdd.inttovar -> CudfAdd.inttopkg
* API change : add parameter to check_request and check_request_using
* apt-cudf : package up or downgrades are expressed in a single
  "Install" request and that these do not show up as a "Remove" request anymore.
* StdOptions.DistribOptions.add_options are now different for each input ( ex.
  StdOptions.DistribOptions.add_debian_options )uu
* Debian.Printer.pp_* functions are now methods of the Debian.package class

0137bb6e64 Update misc/tmux to 2.5.
CHANGES FROM 2.4 to 2.5 09 May 2017

- Reset updated flag when restarting #() command so that new output is
  properly
  recognised. GitHub issue 922.
- Fix ECH with a background colour.
- Do not rely on the terminal not moving the cursor after DL or EL.
- Fix send-keys and send-prefix in copy-mode (so C-b C-b works).
- Set the current pane for rotate-window so it works in command
  sequences.
- Add pane_mode format.
- Differentiate M-Up from Escape+Up when possible (that is, in
  terminals with xterm(1) style function keys). GitHub issue 907.
- Add session_stack and window_stack_index formats.
- Some new control mode notifications and corresponding hooks:
  pane-mode-changed, window-pane-changed, client-session-changed,
  session-window-changed.
- Format pane_search_string for last search term while in copy mode
  (useful with command-prompt -I).
- Fix a problem with high CPU usage and multiple clients with #().
- Fix UTF-8 combining characters in column 0.
- Fix reference counting so that panes are properly destroyed and
  their processes killed.
- Clamp SU (CSI S) parameter to work around a bug in Konsole.
- Tweak line wrapping in full width panes to play more nicely with
  terminal copy and paste.
- Fix when we emit SGR 0 in capture-pane -e.
- Do not change TERM until after config file parsing has finished, so
  that commands run inside the config file can use it to make decisions
  (typically about default-terminal).
- Make the initial client wait until config file parsing has finished
  to avoid racing with commands.
- Fix core when if-shell fails.
- Only use ED to clear screen if the pane is at the bottom.
- Fix multibyte UTF-8 output.
- Code improvements around target (-t) resolution.
- Change how the default target (for commands without -t) is managed
  across command sequences: now it is set up at the start and commands
  are required to update it if needed. Fixes binding command sequences
  to mouse keys.
- Make if-shell from the config file work correctly.
- Change to always check the root key table if no binding is found in
  the current table (prefix table or copy-mode table or whatever). This
  means that root key bindings will take effect even in copy mode, if not
  overridden by a copy mode key binding.
- Fix so that the history file works again.
- Run config file without a client rather than using the first client,
  restores previous behaviour.
- If a #() command doesn't exit, continue to read from it and use its
  last full line of output.
- Handle slow terminals and fast output better: when the amount of
  data outstanding gets too large, discard output until it is drained and
  we are able to do a full redraw. Prevents tmux sitting on a huge buffer
  that the terminal will take forever to consume.
- Do not redraw a client unless we realistically think it can accept
  the data - defer redraws until the client has nothing else waiting to write.

c7962dbadd Update misc/tmux to 2.4.
Incompatible Changes
====================

* Key tables have undergone major changes. Mode key tables are no longer
  separate from the main key tables. All mode key tables have been removed,
  together with the -t flag to bind-key and unbind-key.

  The emacs-edit, vi-edit, emacs-choose and vi-choose tables have been replaced
  by fixed key bindings in the command prompt and choose modes. The mode-keys
  and status-keys options remain.

  The emacs-copy and vi-copy tables have been replaced by the copy-mode and
  copy-mode-vi tables. Commands are sent using the -X and -N flags to
  send-keys. So the following:

    bind -temacs-copy C-Up scroll-up
    bind -temacs-copy -R5 WheelUpPane scroll-up

  Becomes:

    bind -Tcopy-mode C-Up send -X scroll-up
    bind -Tcopy-mode WheelUpPane send -N5 -X scroll-up

  These changes allows the full command parser (including command sequences) and
  command set to be used - for example, the normal command prompt with editing
  and history is now used for searching, jumping, and so on instead of a custom
  one. The default C-r binding is now:

    bind -Tcopy-mode C-r command-prompt -p'search up' "send -X search-backward '%%'"

  There are also some new commmands available with send -X, such as
  copy-pipe-and-cancel.
* set-remain-on-exit has gone -- can be achieved with hooks instead.
* Hooks: before hooks have been removed and only a selection of commands now
  have after hooks (they are no longer automatic). Additional hooks have been
  added.
* The xterm-keys option now defaults to on.

Normal Changes
==============

* Support for mouse double and triple clicks.
* BCE (Background Colour Erase) is now supported.
* All occurrences of a search string in copy mode are now highlighted;
  additionally, the number of search results is displayed. The highlighting
  updates interactively with the default emacs key bindings (incremental
  search).
* source-file now understands glob patterns.
* Formats now have simple comparisons:

    #{==:a,b}
    #{!=:a,b}

* There are the following new formats:

  - #{version} -- the tmux server version;
  - #{client_termtype} -- the terminal type of the client;
  - #{client_name} -- the name of a client;
  - #{client_written} -- the number of bytes written to the client.

* The configuration file now accepts %if/%endif conditional blocks which are
  processed when it is parsed; the argument is a format string (useful with the
  new format comparison options).
* detach-client now has -E to execute a command replacing the client instead of
  exiting.
* Add support for custom command aliases, this is an array option which
  contains items of the form "alias=command". This is consulted when an
  unknown command is parsed.
* break-pane now has -n to specify the new window name.
* OSC 52 support has been added for programs inside tmux to set a tmux buffer.
* The mouse "all event" mode (1003) is now supported.
* Palette setting is now possible (OSC 4 and 104).
* Strikethrough support (a recent terminfo is required).
* Grouped sessions can now be named (new -t).
* terminal-overrides and update-environment are now array options (the previous
  set -ag syntax should work without change).
* There have been substantial performance improvements.

 - Added Hisanobu Okuda's rlwrapfilter.py python3 module
   and example filters. Filters can now be written in python
   as well as perl.
 - If a filter was used, rlwrap would pass all input, output,
   history items, prompts, ... through the filter, even if it
   wouldn't change them. Now, at startup, filters (even filter
   pipelines) tell rlwrap which messages they handle, after which
   rlwrap won't bother them with anything else.
 - Added bindable readline command rlwrap-direct-keypress
   that bypasses readline editing and sends its keypress directly
   to the rlwrapped command (like CTRL-G for the Erlang shell)
 - Added bindable readline command rlwrap-hotkey that passes
   the current input buffer and history to the filter (or
   filter pipeline) specified with the '-z' option. This can
   be used e.g. to insert the current selection at the cursor
   position, or to edit (re-write) the history.
   This uncovered quite a few bugs and inconsistencies:
      - My ncurses' termcap emulation misses some codes (like
        term_cursor_hpos) that its terminfo has. rlwrap now
        always searches terminfo before termcap.
      - rlwrap was confused about the role of history_offset,
        resulting in muddled and unclear (although correct) code.
      - rlwrap --history-size -0 would clobber the history file
        (as per the manual - that has been updated as well)
      - rlwrap's ad hoc way of sending lists of strings to filters
        by interspersing them with TABS or spaces is becoming
        unwieldy, it has been replaced by a standard encoding
        <length1><string1><length2><string2>.... (where the
        <lengths> are fixed length hexadecimal numbers (this is a
        contribution by Hisanobu Okuda)
 - Playing back a readline macro consisting of more than one line
   would crash with SIGSEGV
 - rlwrap with negative --histsize would fail when there is no
   history file yet.
 - An empty prompt would make $filter->{cumulative_output} miss
   its last line
 - Pre-given (-P) input would only be put in input line after
   cooking timeout (usually 40 msec)
 - One-shot (-o) rlwrap could accept more than one line when input
   in quick succession.
 - rlwrap didn't delete the tempfiles used in a multi-line
   edit
 - configure.ac now works even when cross-compiling (skipping some
   tests, but providing sensible defaults)
 - --enable-pedantic-ansi is a new configure option separate from
   --enable-debug (it used to be implied by --enable-debug)
 - --complete-filenames (-c) will now work on OS X and FreeBSD as well

# PowerBar

This is PowerBar - The last progressbar-library you'll ever need.

## Features

* Detects when stdout is not a terminal and automatically falls back to logging
  * Does not clutter your log-files with ansi-codes!
  * If your CLI-app can run interactively and non-interactively (e.g. cronjob)
    you will automatically get reasonable progress-output in both modes.
  * By default prints to stderr but can call any output-method
    of your choice (e.g. your favorite Logger).

* Fully customizable; all output is template-driven.

* All output is optional. You may set PowerBar to silently collect progress
  information (percentage-done, throughput, ETA, etc.) and then use the
  computed values elsewhere in your app.

* All state can be updated at any time. For example: If you're monitoring a
  multi-part operation then you can change the status-message of a running
  PowerBar to reflect the current state.

    member header, as we might overflow depending on the input data.
  * Portability:
    - Do not redeclare sys_siglist in libcompat when the system does so.
      Thanks to Thomas Klausner <wiz@NetBSD.org>.
    - Rename err variable to ret in start-stop-daemon as the former is a
      function on BSDs.
    - Use 5-argument kvm_getprocs() call form on OpenBSD in start-stop-daemon.
    - Use correct struct kinfo_proc ruid submember name on NetBSD in
      start-stop-daemon.
    - Define _KMEMUSER for NetBSD to get declarations for various
      struct kinfo_proc members in start-stop-daemon.
  * Perl modules:
    - Do not special case EM_SPARC32PLUS for NetBSD in Dpkg::Shlibs::Objdump,
      the code has been fixed in NetBSD as that situation could not happen.
    - Fix read() error handling in Dpkg::Shlibs::Objdump::get_format() to
      gracefully ignore non-ELF files again. Closes: #854536
    - Emit an explicit warning from Dpkg::Shlibs::Objdump::Object::analyze()
      for unknown executable formats instead of relying on objdump doing so.
    - Do not parse bogus ELF binaries in Dpkg::Shlibs::Objdump::get_format().
      Reported by Niels Thykier <niels@thykier.net>.
    - Add ‘.mnt-ignore’ to the default ignore lists in Dpkg::Source::Package,
      as we were already ignoring the ‘_MTN’ pathnames. Closes: #855450
      Thanks to Nicolas Boulenguez <nicolas@debian.org>.
    - Mark kfreebsd-amd64, kfreebsd-i386, sparc and sparc64 architectures as
      having gcc builtin PIE in Dpkg::Vendor::Debian.
    - Switch PIE handling in Dpkg::Vendor::Debian to have no default (!) and
      delegate the setting to gcc or an explicit request by a user. This is
      needed to cope with the general PIE brokenness situation in Debian, and
      the current specific brokenness of a Debian gcc patch mangling the dpkg
      build flags. Closes: #848129, #845550
  * Documentation:
    - Clarify the requirements for deb-conffile(5) pathnames. Closes: #854417
      Proposed by Dieter Adriaenssens <dieter.adriaenssens@gmail.com>.
    - Document dpkg-source --before-build and --after-build in --help output.
    - Document dpkg-buildpackage --ignore-builtin-builddeps in --help output.
  * Build system:
    - Check <sys/proc.h> by also including <sys/param.h>, on several BSD
      systems the header is not self-contained.
    - Handle libmd implementations built into system libc, as found on some
      BSD systems.
    - Do not fail on missing compression libraries or headers on automatic
      detection mode. Regression introduced in dpkg 1.18.14.
  * Test suite:
    - Use the detected perl interpreter instead of a random one from PATH.

5b4bca99a8 Updated py-anki2 to 2.0.44.
Changes in 2.0.44

Released 2017-02-25.

A release for Windows. Fixes issues people were having running Anki when their Windows login name contained non-Latin characters.
Changes in 2.0.43

Released 2017-02-22.

A release for Windows and Linux machines that moves Anki’s files out of the Documents folder like we did for the Mac in 2.0.37. This should work around issues with OneDrive setting files in the Documents folder to read only, and puts the files in a more standard location on Linux.

The manual has been updated to reflect the new locations:
