5d4b5c4313 Update balsa to 1.4.3. Changes include: 
- number of bugs fixed (52168, 102472, 102470, 105605, 106508).
    - some build fixes (e.g against openssl-0.9.7)
    - fix crash on concurrent access to local mailboxes.
    - spell checking fixes.
    - numerous message filtering fixes.
    - incremental search fixes.
    - several filter-related bugs fixed.
    - filters UI adapted to HIG guidelines.
    - build fixes for different architectures.

2101c21a19 libpspell pulls in libstdc++ via dependency settings in the lib. That needs -lm 
to be added to LIBS then as some of the c++ routines referenced use math.

95f6cc83ce Update to balsa 1.2.4. Changes are numerous since the last version in 
pkgsrc was 1.0.0, most notably IMAP support and a nicer user interface.

Note that thread support is disabled, I couldn't get it to work.
