Convert to the bsd.pkg.install.mk framework:
...
- Install configuration file in the examples directory.
- Copy configuration file in PKG_SYSCONFDIR.
- Honour PKG_SYSCONFDIR.
- Use RCD_SCRIPTS to handle the rc.d script.
Regen distinfo; the directory where files extract has changed.
Use buildlink2.
Bump PKGREVISION to 1.
