Buildings
Documentation how buildings were defined in previous versions of the game.
Definitions from v2 are stored in buildings.csv file. Description of columns below.

Notes
- The CSV file contains values from Buttercup's fork, as it was the latest "official" version.
- Building size for bakery is not an error but an unfixed bug. Actual effect in game was that building ignored all terrain restrictions.
- Building size "tiny" was added in Miko's fork, previously these buildings had size=small.
- Buildings added in Miko's fork (not present in original v2): fertility_shrine, wall, guardstand1, guardstand2, ruin
