Currently, when the user runs the script, it asks him to choose a "profile" (set of options for yt-dlp). After choosing a profile, the user has no way to change it (for instance, to switch from a music profile to a video profile), aside from terminating the script and running it once again.

We need a way to allow the user to go back to the main menu to choose a different profile.
