Currently, the user can only choose a profile from the list of default ones, and there's no way to modify the profile at runtime.

It would be nice to allow the user to edit the options of a profile he chose from the default list. Such a modification would be temporary, and last only for the current session, or if the user gets back to the main menu (see #1).
