Patrick Ohly 4d5a1ba273 RetryInterval: 0 for Funambol, 2M for everyone else (MB #10451) 
A user reported that the default 1 minute resend interval did not work
for him with his own Funambol server installation. The Funambol
developers are notified, but won't be able to do much about this
in the near future.

Therefore this patch disables message resend in the Funambol server
template. Existing configurations have to be updated manually, both
to suppress the resending and to enable it again later.

The default resend interval is also increased from 1 minute to 2
minutes, to help other slow servers which might have problems handling
resends when they arrive to quickly.

Patrick Ohly 003534c983 documentation: Google drops photos larger than a certain threshold (Bugzilla #4638) 
Photos somewhere between 40KB (okay) and 80KB (dropped) are silently
dropped by the server. Documented this behavior in README.google and
the NEWS for 0.9 final, as we cannot do anything else about it.

Patrick Ohly 522195582e .deb and .tar.gz binary dist: include server interoperability READMEs 
All test/README.* files are included in the same directory as the
normal NEWS/COPYING/README files. It's no longer necessary that
users dig out a copy of these files from the source distro.

In Moblin users are not expected to read these files, so the
build via OBS will not be adapted.

Patrick Ohly 1ba96c44e6 Funambol: force iCalendar 2.0 mode in the config template 
As testing shows, results are better when sending items as
iCalendar 2.0 even though the server claims that it prefers
vCalendar 1.0.

Patrick Ohly 016a30ac95 EvolutionMemoSource: notes with only a summary were not sent correctly 
Instead of sending the summary, only the empty description was sent.
Now the summary is sent. This has the effect that on a full round-trip,
the summary gets duplicated as part of the description. synccompare
was adapted to not complain about this for the newly added testcase
for this: the script also duplicates the summary.

This cannot be avoided because notes are exchanged as plain text
which cannot distinguish between summary and description.

Patrick Ohly 1668c30008 - rename qptr to eptr to avoid name clash with sstring 
- moved unref() into global name space so that more unref() functions
  can be added (otherwise local methods shadow the global functions)
- use eptr for SourceList (wasn't destructed in case of error otherwise and
  logging in 0.4 pre continued to go to file)
- check for server configuration and abort in prepare if none given with
  a suitable error message
