i3-dotfiles

A minimalist setup with i3, polybar and eye-candy.

Requirements

  • i3 / xorg
  • polybar (top bar)
  • dmenu (appmenu)
  • feh (background image)
  • picom (x compositor, for the obligator eye candy)
  • "Noto Sans" font (or adjust accordingly in i3/config)
  • "FiraMono Nerd Font" font (or adjust accordingly in polybar/config)

Install

  • Clone this repository.
  • Create a ~/.config/i3 to the i3 directory.
  • Create a ~/.config/polybar to the polybar directory.
